Refund Policy

If the service does not work

If your server does not work as described and we cannot fix it within 24 hours of you telling us, you get a full refund of that month. No argument, no restocking fee.

If you change your mind

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will refund you in full, provided the server has not been used for sustained workloads. After 48 hours, service is non-refundable for the current month, and you can cancel at any time to stop future billing.

If we suspend you

Suspension for a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy is not refunded. If we got it wrong, tell us and we will refund in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid in cryptocurrency to an address you nominate, at the value in the currency you paid, within three working days. Tell us the address when you request the refund.
