How fast is setup?
Most servers are ready within 2 hours of payment clearing. If anything delays it, you hear from us before you have to ask.
What can I run on it?
SEO software, scrapers, bots, automation tools, VPN, remote desktop, development work. Anything that is yours to run.
What is not allowed?
Spam of any kind, mass posting to sites you do not control, phishing, malware, DDoS, carding, and copyright infringement. See our Acceptable Use Policy. We enforce this, which is what keeps the IPs clean for everyone else.
Do you keep logs?
We keep what we need for billing and abuse handling, nothing more. We do not inspect your traffic.
Which Windows version?
Server 2022, 2019 or 2016, your choice at order time. Licensing is included in the price.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Message us and we will move you to a larger plan, charging only the difference for the remainder of the month.
How do I pay?
Cryptocurrency only — BTC, USDT, ETH and over 300 others, handled by OxaPay. Monthly, no contract, cancel whenever you like. We do not take cards or PayPal.
What is your refund policy?
If the server does not work as described and we cannot fix it within 24 hours, you get a full refund. See the Refund Policy for detail.
How do I get support?
Email support@hostingbaba.net. A real person reads it. We aim to reply within a few hours, not days.
Do you need my ID?
No. We need a working email address and payment. Nothing else.
